Dublin Pubs - A Walk Down Memory Lane- O'Neill's, Suffolk Street

Updated: Mar 13, 2021

Situated just around the corner from Trinity College and the world famous Molly Malone statue is O'Neills, another genuine traditional Old Irish pub. How lucky am I to live in Dublin ? I am well and truly spoiled for choice .. Full of nooks and crannies, upstairs and downstairs, you'll always find a seat and someone to chat to. (This is a common trait of the Irish, if they see you sitting on your own, they think you're lonely or lost and before you know it you have a new best friend !! ) O'Neill's is another great venue for live Irish music and also for Irish dancing. Irish dancing as you know has become a global phenomenon, with it's colourful costumes, fancy footwork and high kicks, the sound of dance on the wooden floorboards of a pub is magical, especially if you have a pint of the black stuff in your hand ..
